SECCRA-SWAP.COM NEEDS YOUR HELP

After a successful launch nearly a year ago, the number of items posted on the seccra-swap.com website has seriously dwindled. 

www.seccra-swap.com is designed as a “virtual swap meet” where people that have things to get rid of can get together with people who might be able to use them.

Persons that are looking for items can browse the website,  www.seccra-swap.com, for free, then contact the giver of the item if they are interested.  There is also the capability to sign up for e-mail updates of items posted to a person’s favorite categories, in case a particular item is wanted, but is not yet posted.

Lately, however, there are only a few items posted on the site at any one time.  The lack of items on the website is not from lack of interest, but most of the items, when posted, are “sold” very quickly.  For example, there are at least 114 registered users and the site gets about 1,200 visitors per month.

Because of the success SECCRA-swap.com is having, it is clear that there is a “market” for things that just may not be useful to you anymore.  Please post your items on the site.  It is a free service, and will reduce the amount of trash going to the landfill.
